Strawberry & Cardamom
Made using fruits and vegetables grown around Kagoshima and the Osumi Peninsula that would otherwise be considered substandard or surplus, creating a spirit with a unique aroma. The base of Wakashio Distillery’s imo shochu, with strawberries from “No-Life Ichigo-no-mura” farm in Shibushi and spicy, refreshing cardamom, result in a spirit that pops.
