Honkaku Imo Shochu［Sengamejo - Murasaki -］

Made using murasaki (purple) sweet potatoes and a wooden pot still for a shochu with a complex yet delicate depth of flavor, with a mellow aroma with hints of red wine, earl grey, and nuts.
