Honkaku Imo Shochu［Satsuma Kuro Wakashio］

Shibushi’s other favorite local drink. Made using traditional kuro (black) koji and fresh sweet potatoes grown in Kagoshima. Characterized by the rich, mellow sweetness derived from the kuro koji, with a quality that never gets tiring.
