Cucumber & Lavender
Made using fruits and vegetables grown around Kagoshima and the Osumi Peninsula that would otherwise be considered substandard or surplus, creating a spirit with a unique aroma. The base of Wakashio Distillery’s imo shochu, with cucumbers from “Yoshigasaki Nouen” farm in Higashikushira and aromatic lavender, result in an elegant spirit.
