Honkaku Imo Shochu［Satsuma Ki Wakashio］

Made with ki (yellow) koji, known for its use in sake/nihonshu production. With the bright ginjo aroma and slight sweetness typical of ki koji, but also a slight sharpness. Enjoy on the rocks or with cold water to enjoy the bright aroma.
