Carrot & Star Anise

Made using fruits and vegetables grown around Kagoshima and the Osumi Peninsula that would otherwise be considered substandard or surplus, creating a spirit with a unique aroma. The base of Wakashio Distillery’s imo shochu, with carrots from Kushira in Kanoya City and star anise, results in a spirit with an oriental character.
